His journey began with humble roles at renowned outlets like Dana Choga and Rahim’s Mughlai Food, where he developed a strong foundation in kitchen operations and guest service. He later refined his craft at The Yellow Chilli, gaining valuable experience in Mughlai cuisine and team management.
Today, at Taj Jai Mahal Palace, he plays a key role in managing kitchen operations at the Indian specialty restaurant Cinnamon, ensuring top-tier quality, hygiene, and team coordination. His expertise lies in Mughlai and Awadhi cuisine, especially in kebabs and traditional dishes, making him a specialist in authentic Indian flavors.
