SRINAGAR, Nov. 8: On Friday, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah denounced the terrorists’ murder of two village defense guards in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district.
“I am deeply saddened and concerned about the attack that killed members of the local village defense committee, Kuldeep Kumar and Nazeer Ahmed Padder of Kuntwara in Kishtwar,” Abdullah wrote on X.
Two innocent men who had taken their livestock to graze were killed by the terrorists, he claimed.
“I firmly condemn this attack and offer my sympathies to the families involved.” At the same time, I anticipate that the security forces will act swiftly to seal off any holes in our counter-terror grid and guarantee that such attacks never happen again,” he stated.
