When life throws its toughest punches, some back down — but not Safikul Molla, known to Mumbai’s fight and Event circuit as “Saif.” At just 20 years old, Saif has become one of the most talked-about names in combat sports and event management, carving a powerful identity through grit, resilience, and unshakable passion.
Born and raised in Mumbai, Saif’s story began far from the boxing ring — as a pharmacy student with dreams of a steady career. But the pandemic changed everything. While most people were locked down, Saif was logging in — exploring the digital world of social media and Discord community management. It not only gave him early financial independence but ignited his natural talent for building communities and organizing events.
However, his path was not without setbacks. Failing in his second year of pharmacy could have been the end of his journey — but Saif turned it into his greatest turning point. During this time, he crossed paths with Coach Zeeshan Khan, a respected figure in India’s MMA circuit. Zeeshan became more than a mentor — he became family. Under his guidance, Saif learned the values of discipline, consistency, and leadership — traits that would soon define his career.
His journey through Mumbai’s growing event scene gave rise to 360 Legacy, his first venture in event management, laying the foundation of his entrepreneurial future. Soon after, he began managing Team Vipers MMA Fighters and took on the role of manager at 360 Fitness India, a vibrant training hub for Calisthenics and MMA enthusiasts across Mumbai.
The real breakthrough came when Saif co-founded Mumbai Boxing Promotions (MBP) in association with the Mumbai Boxing Council (MBC), under the leadership of his mentor Zeeshan Khan. Their debut fight night event was a blockbuster — six electrifying bouts, twelve powerful fighters, and an audience roaring with energy. The event was graced by MLA Aslam Shaikh, a strong supporter of combat sports in Maharashtra, who lauded the initiative for empowering youth through discipline and sport.
Together with his close associates Nadeem Sheikh and Ajay Salvi, Saif now envisions taking Mumbai Boxing Promotions beyond borders — to create a global platform for Indian fighters and nurture the next generation of combat athletes.
Despite his growing fame, Saif remains humble. He credits his success to his mother’s unwavering emotional support, his father’s faith, and the love of his sister and mama. “I believe we’ll take this to new heights,” he says with quiet determination — the confidence of someone who’s already seen rock bottom and risen above it.
Rumors already hint at something massive brewing under the his new event Company banner — a next-level combat and entertainment event that could reshape Mumbai’s sporting landscape.
From the classroom to the combat ring, Safikul “Saif” Molla has fought every battle life threw his way. And as the city watches closely, one thing is certain — Saif isn’t just chasing dreams; he’s building a legacy that’s bound to leave its mark on Mumbai’s fight culture forever.
