Wipro Enterprises, led by Azim Hasham Premji, reported a 9.8% increase in consolidated revenue from operations, reaching ₹16,902 crore for the financial year ending March 2024. The company’s profit surged by 35%, amounting to ₹1,903.1 crore.
As per a filing with the Registrar of Companies, total income, which includes other earnings, rose by 11.2% to ₹17,761.3 crore compared to the previous fiscal year. In FY23, Wipro Enterprises Pvt Ltd had a revenue from operations of ₹15,387.8 crore and a profit of ₹1,410.1 crore, according to financial data from the business intelligence platform Tofler.
As of March 31, 2024, Azim H Premji held a 77.65% stake in the firm, while the Azim Premji Trust owned the remaining 21.84%. Wipro Enterprises focuses on consumer and home care products, food, hydraulics, aerospace components, domestic and institutional lighting, commercial solutions, additive manufacturing, and industrial automation. Its flagship division, Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, reported net revenue of ₹10,269.5 crore, a 3.13% increase from ₹9,956.9 crore in FY23.

The division features well-known household brands, such as Santoor, Yardley, Enchanteur, Chandrika, Softouch, Giffy, Maxkleen, and Wipro Garnet, and operates in personal care, baby care, domestic lighting, and commercial solutions across India and various Asian and African markets. Additionally, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering achieved a net revenue of ₹6,632.5 crore, marking a 22.1% increase in FY24, compared to ₹5,430.9 crore in FY23.
This segment manufactures products like hydraulic cylinders, components for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, tipper parts, aerospace actuators, and solutions for metal additive manufacturing and industrial automation, primarily serving the Indian, European, and US markets. In FY24, Wipro Enterprises’ domestic revenue rose by 8.67% to ₹8,042.2 crore, making up nearly half of total sales.
The South East Asia and China markets contributed ₹3,535.6 crore, while Malaysia added ₹1,521.1 crore. Europe accounted for ₹1,766.6 crore, and the US market contributed ₹1,432.5 crore.
