Swiggy IPO: On Wednesday, November 6, food delivery service Swiggy Ltd. is scheduled to begin its ₹11,327 crore initial share sale for public subscription. The issue will close on Friday, November 8th, with a price range of ₹371 to ₹390 per share. On November 13, the company’s shares will be listed on both the BSE and the NSE.

Swiggy IPO: A look at Sriharsha Majety and his Team
Sriharsha Majety: He is Swiggy’s group chief executive officer (CEO), managing director (MD), and co-founder. Majety has a postgraduate diploma (PGD) in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from BITS Pilani. He has over a decade of experience with the company.
Reddy Lakshmi Nandan Obul: Currently serving as the head of Innovation, he joined the company in 2014. Reddy, a full-time director and co-founder, graduated from BITS Pilani with a master’s degree in science. Additionally, he has served as a business consultant and associate at Intellecap.
Since August 16, 2022, Rohit Kapoor, the leader of the food marketplace, has been connected to Swiggy. He passed Level 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam and finished his postgraduate management program at the Indian School of Business. In the past, he served as Global CMO for OYO.
As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Phani Kishan Addepalli is responsible for increasing advertising revenue and user growth. He earned a postgraduate diploma in management from IIM, Calcutta, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) and engineering from IIT, Madras.
Rahul Bothra: Swiggy’s chief financial officer, Bothra has both domestic and foreign experience in accounting, treasury, business finance, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was connected to Olam International Ltd., Wipro Ltd., and Britannia Industries Ltd.
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the food delivery business is Madhusudhan Rao Subbarao, who started working there in June 2018. He previously worked for Boomerang Commerce India Pvt Ltd and Amazon.
Amitesh Jha is the Chief Executive Officer of Instamart. He has a postgraduate (PG) degree in management from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in technology from IIT Delhi. For 14 years, he was the senior vice president of Flipkart Pvt Ltd.
