Security forces have found weapons and ammunition hidden in a government school in the Awantipora area of Pulwama district, South Kashmir. The operation was carried out by a team that included local police, the 42 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), and the 130 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
Officials reported that the weapons were discovered at the government primary school in Larmooh. The items recovered include a grenade, an Under Barrel Grenade Launcher (UBGL), both electric and non-electric detonators, a pistol magazine, and ten bullets.
This discovery has raised concerns about safety in the area. Authorities are now investigating how these weapons ended up in the school and who might be responsible for it.
