New school schedules have been established in Srinagar and other parts of Kashmir province by an order issu
ed by the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK). Schools inside the Srinagar municipal limits are required to be open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in accordance with the instruction. Both local public and private schools are subject to this timing.
The hours of operation for educational establishments situated in areas of the Kashmir province and beyond the municipal boundaries of Srinagar are 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.
