Kupwara, 8 April: A man was killed on Tuesday evening in Handwara, Kupwara district, during a fight over the installation of an electric transformer. The incident happened in Dohama village of Vilgam and turned into a physical altercation between two groups.
The victim has been identified as Khazir Mohammad Malik, the son of Sunaullah Malik, who lived in Dahama, Handwara. Officials stated that his body is currently in the hospital mortuary and will be given to his family after completing the necessary legal procedures.
