Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir – The Food and Supplies Employees Association of Jammu and Kashmir is setting up a special camp at the Hazratbal Shrine to celebrate Meraj-un-Nabi (SAW). The camp will provide free food and drinks to all the devotees visiting the shrine.
Ajaz Ahmad Khan, the president of the association, announced that the camp will start on the evening of January 27, with free dinner served to devotees from 7:30 PM. On January 28, breakfast will be available, including salt tea (Nunchai) and bread. Throughout the day, visitors can also enjoy Kashmiri kehwa and kulcha.
Khan mentioned that organizing these camps during religious occasions has become a tradition for the association. The goal is to make sure that devotees feel comfortable and welcomed during their visit to the shrine.
As the holy occasion approaches, the association invites all devotees to come and enjoy the free food and drinks, promoting a sense of community and togetherness during this special time.
