Anantnag: Two people were injured when their vehicle went off the road and fell into the Lidder River last night, officials reported.
According to the news agency JKNS, the accident involved an Innova car with the registration number JK01AV-3800. It happened in Pahalgam during the night.
The injured individuals are Suhail Ahmad Bhat from Shadipora, Bandipora, and Nadeem Ahmed Khan from Nehalpora, Pattan.
They were first taken to PHC Pahalgam for treatment. After initial care, they were moved to GMC Anantnag for further medical attention.
Authorities are looking into the incident.
