Baramulla Feb 21: A fire in the Binnar Janbazpora area of Baramulla, North Kashmir, led to the tragic death of a 31-year-old disabled man on Friday morning. The fire broke out around 4:31 AM and quickly spread through a double-story house.
The man, named Zubair Siraj and the son of Mohammad Siraj, died from suffocation before firefighters could reach the scene. His body was later found in the attic, where he had been trapped.
Local residents and fire service workers tried hard to control the fire and stop it from spreading to nearby homes. Unfortunately, the fire caused a lot of damage to the house.
Authorities are looking into the incident and have started an investigation to find out what caused the fire. More information will be provided as the investigation continues.
