Mehdi outlined five points in his letter, emphasizing that releasing innocent prisoners is an urgent issue due to their plight. “Your government should prioritize efforts to facilitate their release, ensuring justice and upholding the rule of law. This action would resonate deeply with those who value fairness and due process,” he stated.
In addition, the MP emphasized the need to rationalize the reservation policy, stating, “A balanced approach that supports deserving sections of society while maintaining open merit is necessary to foster an inclusive environment.”. By rationalizing these policies, we can promote social equity without compromising excellence.”
Mehdi urged swift filling of government vacancies, emphasizing that this would create thousands of jobs and boost the local economy. The reduction of these tariffs and a stable electricity supply will help families endure the harsh winter weather,” said Mehdi.
He condemned verification processes as being overly strict and frequently punishing people for crimes they did not commit. He added, “This process needs to be reexamined to guarantee justice and fairness for all applicants.”
Mehdi concluded by pleading with the chief minister to honor the people’s mandate and match the government’s activities with the goals of the populace. He wrote, “I have no doubt that you will use legislation to resolve these political issues.”
